During our site visits, we will inspect the works which have been carried out to date, to ensure that they are in accordance with our requirements and good building standards. 

Our site visits are carried out on behalf of the Insurer to determine whether a property is suitable for insurance purposes. However, we will issue you with a report to highlight any issues which need to be rectified and provide you with advice or guidance as appropriate.

Our extensive experience in construction means we understand the challenges and opportunities involved in development projects, so we will work with your teams to help identify solutions and address known problems during the design and construction process, which helps to protect your reputation and improve building standards.
