Funded by Paragon Housing Association, this project by Glenesk Homes provides 17 much needed new-build, high-quality, energy-efficient homes to Falkirk.
This brownfield site, formerly the Westquarter Workers Welfare building, had lain derelict for a number of years; an eyesore and waste ground within an existing neighbourhood and has been redeveloped by Glenesk working with Stuart Bishop Architects and Bayne Stevenson Associates to bring the development to life.
This project represents another excellent example of Q’s crucial role in affordable housing projects.
