The Fairways, Strathaven

This site was formerly part of the Strathaven Golf Club, and comprised of the construction of 18 exclusive, luxury 2 bedroom flats across three, three-storey blocks.

Set in beautiful grounds overlooking the golf course, the designers DTA maximised views with full-height glazing and private, covered balconies.

Q worked with the client, Abbey Construction, during the construction process, through a regular programme of site inspections and technical support, in providing the structural warranty package.
