There are many ways to assess the standard of construction but as ever with Elivia Homes, the level of attention to detail on this project has been nothing short of remarkable and demonstrates a prime example of experienced and knowledgeable trades who take pride in their work.

“When you can look at a principal elevation with a gable, and stone external sills, and follow the vertical perps (the vertical joints between bricks) in the brickwork from the damp-proof course (DPC) all the way through the central joints of the sills, to find them perfectly aligned to the apex of the gable ridge, you can be confident that the work was conducted by someone who takes a high level of pride in their work.

It was also great to recognise that the site was always immaculate, with excellent levels of communication from the site team, and a low number of actions raised during the construction, for a project of this size you can take assurance that all involved are professional and experienced, regularly demonstrating really great managerial skills.”
