Ingleby, Arncliffe

The development comprises a mix of homes designed to meet identified local housing needs including eight homes for social rent (comprising two one-bedroom houses, two two-bedroom houses and four two-bedroom bungalows), four rent to buy homes (two one-bedroom houses and two two-bedroom bungalows), four shared ownership properties (two three-bedroom houses and two two-bedroom houses), and two discount market sale homes (both two-bedroom houses).

The site was formally a disused Church of England single story primary school, now demolished making way for the new homes for Beyond Housing Ltd. A foundation stone from the original school building, dated 29 July 1972, will be retained and incorporated into the new development.

Q provides a programme of regular site inspections during the construction period in order to secure the warranty policies at the completion of construction.
