Fraser Avenue, Inverkeithing

Phase 3 of Campion Homes’ Fraser Avenue project in Inverkeithing will offer a diverse range of living accommodation. It's the final phase of The Fraser Avenue Regeneration project, a partnership between Fife Council, the Fife Housing Association Alliance and the Scottish Government and will see the building of much-needed council houses.

The development of 44 homes will be a mix of four-in-a-block flats, amenity and wheelchair accessible bungalows and a variety of two storey family homes and three storey townhouses. In keeping with the wider regeneration plans, it will be a mixed development of 31 social rent homes and 13 mid-market rentals.

Q is delighted to be working with Campion Homes on this project for Fife Council and will be visiting site regularly to review construction progress over the 18 month build period.
