As part of a wider site redevelopment of the former BOC Gases Factory site in Dundee, these 18 units were developed by Cullross Ltd for Caledonia Housing Association as part of the New Supply Shared Equity scheme, which allows people to buy a new-build home with an interest free loan of 20% to 40% of the value from the Scottish Government.

The development will provide high-quality, highly efficient new homes and the design was progressed on a fabric first approach with the inclusion of triple glazing, solar panels and efficient electric heating systems to minimise running costs.
