Essentially, if your new-build properties comes with The Q Policy, it means they are quality properties which have been built under the supervision of our "right-first-time" surveying team and underwritten by A-rated insurers.
The Q Policy for Affordable Housing has been specifically designed for Registered Social Landlords and Housing Associations building, purchasing or commissioning New Homes in the UK.
It is an innovative approach to Structural Insurance and provides you with a real alternative to the traditional warranty for your affordable housing project.
And if you subsequently want to change the layout or make further adaptations to your homes, we give you the option to do this and maintain cover for the whole property.
