To ensure the whole process from concept to completion is seamless, Q also offers a range of construction related services to Developers, Builders and the development Supply Chain to add real value and quality to any project, drawing on our many years of experience in the construction industry and applying common sense to every situation.

Q carries out a minimum of 8 key-stage visits per plot because getting it right first time reduces development costs, reduces the risk of future problems and ultimately helps to protect reputation. And we are committed to having the most regular and best risk management approach in the UK.
We work with our Developers and their site teams during our visits, providing technical support, advice and above all a pragmatic approach to development - we are there to help ensure that developments are built to the highest standards possible.

When they register with Q, Developers are only liable for structural damage for the first 6 months following commencement of insurance
